Chef Devin Delnicki’s celebration menu is equal parts rustic southwestern heritage and new world sophistication. Escorting you on this culinary journey is a veteran restaurateur and tenacious terroir-driven winemaker known for producing some of the finest wines in the region. John Sutcliffe has been defiantly cultivating vineyards in southwestern Colorado and southwestern Utah for over a decade. Commitment, authenticity and ancient traditions are what drives Sutcliffe’s passion which he so effortlessly exudes onto his dining companions. Capping off the evening will be a live performance from the Dave Steward Jazz Trio.
