Fisher Towers Pavilion
The Fisher Towers Pavilion is a choice location for larger wedding receptions, benefits, conferences, seminars, concerts and more. With 4,800 square feet of space, effective lighting, complete sound system and stunning views of fields and red rock towers, the pavilion is recognized as a favorite venue by Moab Music Festival musicians and patrons alike. The Fisher Towers Pavilion at our Moab, Utah resort holds 530. Site Fee: $5,000.
Offering space for both intimate and expansive gatherings, this outdoor event venue in Utah features a beautiful area with stunning mountain views, a pergola, private bar and fire pit — perfect for up to 50 people. Add on the surrounding land, reaching over 9,900 square feet, and there’s enough for a reception of up to 1,000 guests. Site Fee: $5,000.
Titan Tower Room
The Titan Tower Room is a magnificent space featuring a 19-foot vaulted ceiling, picture windows and private outdoor deck with spectacular views of the Colorado River. Able to hold 300, it’s the perfect event venue in Utah for corporate luncheons and wedding receptions. Site fee: $4,500.
Epic Bar & River Grill
Located in the main lodge, the Epic Bar and River Grill are perfect venues for cocktail hour, hors d’oeuvres and small to medium-sized informal events. A popular space for working lunches and meeting breaks, as well as welcome receptions and smaller parties, our Epic Bar and River Grill, can hold 160. Available with buyouts only.
Across from the lodge, these rooms are available separately or combined for approximately 2,000 square feet. These rooms are the ideal venue for medium to large business meetings, lectures, and banquets, or for anyone looking for additional privacy and independence. The Castleton Rooms can hold 250 people.
