Our sample dinner menus are intended to give guests an idea of the cuisine on offer. Because we strive to incorporate the very freshest ingredients, Sorrel River Grill menus are rotated daily and seasonally.

Appetizers

Escargot en Croute  $10

Escargot with caramelized cippolini onions, forest mushrooms, garlic butter and fresh herbs, served in a soufflé dish, topped with puff pastry and baked to a golden brown

 Bison Carpaccio wrapped Poached Asparagus  $12

Bison carpaccio is wrapped around peeled poached asparagus on a bed of thyme mustard aioli and topped with olive oil, black Hawaiian salt, and shaved pecorino romano cheese

Spinach Ravioli Stuffed with Chevre  $8

House made spinach pasta is stuffed with whipped goat cheese and fresh herbs,  served on a bed of red beet veloute

Chilled Zucchini Soup with Basil and Walnuts  $8

Green Leaf Salad  $8

Spring greens tossed with house made balsamic vinaigrette, wrapped with a cucumber ribbon  and tomato carpaccio, topped with croutons and a Asiago chip

Caesar Salad with Fresh White Anchovy Boquerón's  $12

Fresh white anchovies are house cured with rice wine vinegar and salt, preserved in olive oil, shaved garlic and parsley, served on a bed of romaine tossed with Caesar dressing, Asiago cheese, croutons and fresh ground black pepper.

Castle Valley Caprese Salad  $8

Castle valley tomato slices with fresh mozzarella is topped with balsamic glaze, house made basil oil, basil chiffinade and salt from the Sea of Brittnay

Wedge Salad  $8

Two wedges of baby iceberg lettuce is topped with cave ripened Roquefort blue cheese dressing,  bacon lardons and tomato concasse

Entrees

Veal Jameson with Fresh Gulf Shrimp  $28

Marcho farms veal cutlets are sautéed with shallots and fresh gulf shrimp,  finished with a whole grain mustard and Jameson whiskey sauce and broccolini

Louisiana Blue Crab Cakes  $26

Fresh Louisiana jumbo lump crab cakes are sautéed,  served on mustard thyme aioli with roasted corn salsa, avocado and poached asparagus

Filet Mignon with Espagnole Sauce  $30

A 6 ounce Colorado filet mignon is grilled to medium rare and served with curried barley,   finished with espagnole sauce and baby vegetables

Blackened Bone-in New York Strip  $31

One inch thick, 16 ounce bone-in New York strip is blackened on a cast iron skillet and served medium rare with garlic jam, cave ripened Roquefort blue cheese, broccolini and potato gratin

Colorado Double Lamb Chop  $30

Lamb chops are marinated with rosemary and garlic, fire roasted to medium rare, served with garlic demi glace, mashed potatoes and baby vegetables

Pan Seared Duck Breast  $26

Pan seared duck breast is sliced and served with a dark cherry demi glaze, potato gratin and baby vegetables

Pan Seared Fresh Chicken Breast  $22

Pan seared for crispy skin, served over mashed potato, butter poached broccolini and pan jus

Eggplant Innvoltini  $18

Thin slices of eggplant are wrapped around cappellini pasta and fontina cheese, topped with house made tomato sauce, a hint of cream, and then baked
