River Grill Banquet Room (2,500 Square Feet – 120 Capacity)
Our largest indoor meeting space overlooks the Colorado River and features tile floors, a 19-foot vaulted ceiling, nine picture windows, and a private outdoor deck. This elegant space is ideal for banquets and large informal gatherings.
Colorado River Bar & Lounge (900 Square Feet – 50 Capacity)
This easily accessible, first-floor venue includes a cocktail bar and lounge area that works as the perfect place for cocktail receptions and small-to-medium-scale events like welcome receptions and wedding parties.
Colorado Room (900 Square Feet – 48 Capacity)
This room provides stunning views of the Colorado River, full AV functionality, and a convenient location in the Main Lodge. The media room is ideal for meetings, working lunches, and private group meals. Use it as a hospitality room or a dance space for weddings and celebrations.
Professor Valley Banquet Room (1,100 Square Feet – 95 Capacity)
This cozy, intimate banquet room can accommodate small and medium functions in the shadow of Convent Mesa. Set amid our charming Moab ranch, the space overlooks our open-air kitchen and includes a river rock fireplace and private bar. This second-floor room provides some of the most impressive views on the entire ranch!
The John Ford & John Wayne Conference Rooms (1,200 Square Feet (Each) – 80 Capacity)
These twin rooms are ideal for medium-to-large business meetings, lectures, and banquets. The rooms offer up to 2,400 square feet of space when combined via double doors, and feature stunning slate floors and elegant vaulted ceilings. Additionally, the rooms come fully equipped with AV capabilities, Wi-Fi access, and are centrally located to all guestrooms and event spaces within the ranch.
Colorado River Deck (2,300 Square Feet – 140 Capacity)
Overlooking the Colorado River, this incredible outdoor venue is ideal for barbeques, receptions, ceremonies, and meals. For more expansive events, you can reserve the River Deck along with one of our other indoor or outdoor spaces.
Fisher Towers Pavilion (4,800 Square Feet – 600 Capacity)
With space for 600 guests, the Fisher Towers Pavilion is perfect for large wedding receptions, benefits, concerts, and more. This space has it all — a full sound system, stunning views of the surrounding area, and plenty of room for dancing and celebration.
Events Lawn (200+ Capacity)
Sitting just steps from the beautiful Colorado River, our outdoor Events Lawn is the perfect gathering place. Enjoy our plush lawn, surrounded by the rugged rock formations of Moab. Private events, outdoor BBQ dinners, and team building events are ideal for this setting.
