National Park Excursions
Utah is known for its beautiful National Parks, and our ranch gives you exclusive access to all the beauty these parks have to offer. Two of the area’s best known parks – Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park – are located within an hour’s drive from our resort in Moab. Explore the best sights on your own or through one of our guided tours.
Arches National Park
Arches boasts the world’s greatest concentration of sandstone arches, including Delicate arch, one of Utah’s most famous icons. This picturesque area features balanced rocks, fins and pinnacles, which are highlighted by a striking environment of contrasting colors, landforms and textures. Located just a short five miles north of Moab, explore the park by car, foot or bike.
Canyonlands National Park
The Canyonlands area was only designated a National Park in 1964; before then, most of the terrain was unvisited, and is still relatively undisturbed. The Colorado and Green rivers divide the park into three distinct areas not connected by roads: the Island in the Sky, the Needles, and the Maze. The Island in the Sky offers sweeping vistas over the lower two districts; the Needles and the Maze are more rugged backcountry districts that offer excellent hiking and biking opportunities.
