Colorado River Banquet Room

Overlooking the Colorado River, our largest indoor meeting space, the Colorado River Banquet Room features tiled floors, a nineteen-foot vaulted ceiling, nine picture windows, and a private outdoor deck. Located on the second floor of the main lodge, this room is ideal for formal banquets as well as large informal gatherings.

Professor Valley Banquet Room

Located on the second floor of the main lodge, across from the Colorado River Banquet Room, the Professor Valley Banquet Room is cozier and more intimate, ideal for smaller banquets, though with its outdoor and enclosed decks, this room can also accommodate medium-sized informal gatherings. As the sun sets, Convent Mesa seems to glow, making the views from the Professor Valley Banquet Room some of the best on the ranch!

Lounge & Bar Nun

On the first floor of the main lodge, easily accessible and highly convenient, the Lounge & Bar Nun provides an ideal venue for social gatherings, perfect for cocktail hour, hors d’oeuvres, and small to medium-sized informal events. This area is used for myriad events, including working lunches and meeting breaks, as well as wedding parties and welcome receptions. For larger groups, consider renting the Castle Rock Media Room and/or the Colorado River Deck in combination with the Lounge & Bar Nun.

Castle Rock Media Room

With its many windows and incredible views of the Colorado River, this is one of our most popular meeting spaces! The Castle Rock Media Room offers full audio-visual and telecom abilities, plus the added convenience, comforts and amenities of its location in the main lodge. This room can be set up for meetings, or can be converted to dance space for weddings and celebrations. The Castle Rock Media Room can also be rented in conjunction with the Colorado River Deck and/or the Lounge & Bar Nun.

The John Ford and John Wayne Conference Rooms

With 1,300 feet of space each, these twin rooms are ideal for medium to large business meetings, lectures, and banquets, or for anyone looking for additional privacy and independence. Beautifulslate floors and vaulted ceilings make for an elegant ambiance, though these rooms are often used for larger meetings and groups needing multiple meeting spaces. The John Ford and John Wayne Conference Rooms are located across from the lodge and can be rented separately or together, offering a total of 2,600 square feet of space combined via double doors.

Outdoor Event Spaces

Colorado River Deck

The convenience and scenery of the Colorado River Deck make it Moab’s most incredible venue for barbeques, banquets, and ceremonies, with all the conveniences of the lodge close at hand. At 2,400 square feet, the Colorado River Deck can accommodate most small to large groups, and can also be rented in conjunction with the Barbeque Lawn, the Castle Rock Media Room and/or the Lounge & Bar Nun.

Barbeque Lawn

Near the main lodge, perched just above the Colorado River, next to our chef’s enormous barbeque grill, the barbeque lawn provides a convenient space for informal gatherings. The Barbeque Lawn is recommended for smaller groups, or can be combined with the Colorado River Deck to accommodate larger parties.

Fisher Towers Pavilion

The Fisher Towers Pavilion is without a doubt the choice location for large wedding receptions, benefits, conferences, seminars, concerts, and more. With 4,800 square feet of space, exquisite lighting, and a complete sound system, the pavilion is ideal for dancing and musical events, and has been recognized as the favored venue by Moab Music Festival musicians and patrons alike. Views of lush green fields and red rock towers ensure that anyone seeking the best event setting in Southeastern Utah will not be disappointed!

Riverside Terrace

Our Riverside Wedding Terrace is designed for intimate outdoor ceremonies. A comfortable seating area and unique “stage” framed by two large boulders, combined with a scenic backdrop make this an ideal venue for a picture-perfect wedding or renewal of vows ceremony.

Events Lawn

For larger ceremonies, the Events Lawn provides ample outdoor seating next to the Colorado River. Lush green lawns and red rock views create a special ambiance you and your guests will remember for years to come.
