Arches National Park Excursions
Arches Scenic Highlights Tour
Time: 4.5 hours, Rating: Easy
Sit back and take in the astounding views as a professional guide takes you through the park. From the vehicle, you’ll see views of famous Balanced Rock, Courthouse Towers, La Sal Mountains, Petrified Dunes, and Panorama Point. You’ll also enjoy short guided walks to the North and South Window Arches, Turret Arch, as well as the legendary Delicate Arch Overlook. A short, scenic hike included as part of the experience.
Arches Sunset Tour
Time 4.5 hours, Rating: Easy
Experience an unforgettable evening in Arches National Park. Join us on a fascinating tour as the Sunset throws different shades of color onto the sandstone monoliths. We stop at Balanced Rock, Courthouse Towers, La Sal Mountains, Petrified Dunes, and Panorama Point. The Fiery Furnace offers a labyrinth of narrow passageways, sandstone fins, and tapered ledges to test your true sense of adventure. Witness hidden arches and ancient scenery up close and personal in this intimate environment. This is an incredible experience that has such rare and unique microbiology that only professionally guided trips are recommended by the Park Service. There are no trails, signs, or cairns in the Fiery Furnace, navigating its complex passages requires physical agility and careful observation. Special permits required, ages 5+ only.
Sunrise Delicate Arch Hike
Distance: 3 miles, Time: 4.5 hours, Rating: Moderate
Delicate Arch has become the unofficial symbol of Utah. Towering eighty feet over hikers, Delicate Arch is one of the highlights of Arches National Park and is possibly the most beautiful arch in the world. This arch needs to be experienced in person to be really appreciated. This hike competes with Devils Garden as the most popular hike in Arches National Park, visit it before the crowd and witness its beauty at the best light of the day at sunrise.
Devil’s Garden Hike
Distance: 7.2 miles, Time: 6 hours, Rating: Moderate to Advanced
Devil’s Garden is an area of Arches National Park that features a series of rock fins that have broken out of the earth due to erosion and produce many spectacular views. It contains the largest concentration of significant natural arches in the world. The trail that travels throughout Devil’s Garden is just over 7 miles long and leads to the Tunnel Arch, Double O Arch, Pine Tree Arch, Landscape Arch, Partition Arch, Navajo Arch, Black Arch, Dark Angel Monolith, Private Arch, and Fin Canyon. Wall Arch, before its collapse in 2008, was also located here.

The Needles District of Canyonlands National Park is famous for being remote, wild, with red and white banded Cedar Mesa formation, arches, towers, slot canyons and unusual geologic features called grabens.
